Here you can compare two members that are, or might be duplicates using the following steps:

  • For faster and easier merge, Run the duplicate member (DM) first.
  • Member 1 dropdown list will have the current potential duplicates generated earlier by DM.
  • Use Search as you type, or direct mouse click to select from the dropdown list to auto populate Member 1 and Member 2 textboxes.
  • Evaluate Unique feilds specified in DM to determine if the records are duplicate.
  • Click the Radial button next to the item you would like to keep. The items you selected will appear in To Be Merged column.
  • Review To Be Merged column and click merge button once ready.

If there's duplicate records do the following..

  • Compare Member 1 and Potential Duplicate Member.
  • Click the checkbox to the left of record(s) or Select all check-box to mark all records discovered.
  • Click Next button to move records to Merge utility; the merge tab will open.
